How I work

My passion in working with people is to empower and educate. Giving you the opportunity to make informed decisions about your life and health journey, addressing any diet or lifestyle imbalance and ultimately, getting you on the right path to improve your health.

During an in-depth initial consultation we will explore a detailed health history alongside your diet, lifestyle and, if relevant, investigate further functional testing.

I work holistically, on the basis that all our body systems are interlinked and that we are not just a collection of symptoms. Aiming to get to the root cause, working with the ‘why?’ rather than masking the symptoms.


Considering your values and life commitments, we will set realistic, personalised goals to make improvements to your health. I’ll walk you through the science and help you gain clarity about your health.


In follow up sessions we will review your progress, any test results, what is and isn’t working and make adaptations that reflect this.

Whilst I work with many people I focus on supporting digestive issues, gut health, low mood, anxiety, low energy, poor sleep & chronic stress.
